How to Use:
- Insert the 4 AA batteries and switch on the device.
- Sit comfortably, keep your back straight, and rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, 2–3 cm above the elbow, on bare skin.
- Ensure the tube is aligned with the artery on the inner arm.
- Press the START button to begin measurement.
- Stay still and relaxed while the cuff inflates and deflates automatically.
- Read the systolic, diastolic, and pulse results on the display.
- Check the color indicator and arrhythmia alert (if shown).
- Review stored readings anytime for tracking your blood pressure trends.
